VARMEC gearboxes and motors have been designed entirely with the help of computer-based technical programs. Each individual component has been tested and manufactured taking into account the maximum load applicable to the gearbox according to AGMA 2001-B88.

Construction characteristics

The machining of the various components takes place on modern CNC machining centers that allow to obtain the maximum precision. All the gears are machined with teeth grinding to improve their performance and quiet operation, even under load.

I riduttori VARMEC sono disponibili in 5 grandezze per i tipi ad uno stadio di riduzione (141 – 191 – 241 – 281 – 381) e in 12 grandezze per i tipi a 2 e 3 stadi di riduzione (162 – 202A – 200 – 250A – 250 – 300A – 300 – 350 – 450 – 550 – 580 – 600).
