Variable speed drive

This modular system allows to integrate in a compact aluminum container variable pulley groups wide belt; this system allows thanks to its modularity, to obtain a wide flexibility by combining several transmission elements.

For the variation of the number of revolutions, there are right-angle controls with gravity indicator. The executions can be "U" or "Z" and therefore both engines and reducers to IEC standards are directly combinable with RGAE groups.

The mounting units can be combined with a double bearing mounted output shaft in flanged design; this allows you to connect to a variety of transmission forms by chain or belt. At the same time it is possible to combine with a hollow shaft gearbox with IEC connection flange.

In addition, output shafts can also be supplied for each size, always on double bearing, in a pivoting design.

The RGAE half shells size 2 to 9 have as standard connecting flanges to IEC standards for both engines and gearboxes.
